Tiffany began practicing yoga in 2002 in New York City, training with renowned teachers Cindy Lee and Frank Mauro. Her teaching journey grew from a deep exploration of meditation and mindfulness, which continue to shape her practice today. After earning her 200-hour certification in 2012, she taught yoga to students of all levels at Jacksonville University, Episcopal School of Jacksonville, Florida State College at Jacksonville, and South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities, as well as at yoga studios throughout the Southeast. She currently teaches yoga to music students at Brevard Music Center.

Slow Flow / Traditional Flow
This hour-and-fifteen-minute practice is perfect for waking you up or sending you off to bed. Working through a traditional vinyasa yoga flow while focusing on proper alignment, breath, attention, and stability.
Power Hour
This hour practice will provide you with a great pick me up at any time of day. We will move continuously and briskly through a yoga flow in order to push your cardiovascular capacity and strength ability.
Love your Shoulders and Hips
During this hour and a half practice we will investigate how yoga can provide stability and strength as well as flexibility. The shoulders and hips, both ball and socket joints, need to be balanced. Strong enough to stabilize our joints but flexible enough to provide mobility. We will search for this balance.
