Tiffany began her yoga practice in 2002 in NYC training with Yoga greats like Cindy Lee and Frank Mauro. Her transition to teaching came in partnership with an exploration into the principles of meditation and mindfulness which still inform her practice to this day. After finishing her 200 hr teaching certification in 2012 she has had the honor to teach all levels of yoga at Lotus Yoga Jacksonville, Jacksonville University and Episcopal School of Jacksonville (6th grade - 12th grade).

Some of her favorite classes include;

Love your Shoulders and Hips

During this hour and a half practice we will investigate how yoga can provide stability and strength as well as flexibility. The shoulders and hips, both ball and socket joints, need to be balanced. Strong enough to stabilize our joints but flexible enough to provide mobility. We will search for this balance.
